STRIVERS MOTHER'S DAY 5K

May 2014-2018

The STRIVERS Mother’s Day 5K race was a unique event, bringing out the best in the MetroWest Community. Mother’s Day started off each year with the “gift” of an early morning run with great company!

Moms, daughters, sisters, and girlfriends used this race day as a way to restore, refill, and replenish. Dads, sons, brothers, uncles, boyfriends, came and supported those women important in your life.

Thank you Colleen Phelps, Kathy Landry and Strivers Running Club for Girls for your hard work and generous donations over five years totaling nearly $20,000.

The Natick Men's Softball League organized two consecutive One-Pitch Softball Tournaments. Thanks to the efforts of President Paul Adams and Commissioner Rodney Spinazola, the winners received pink softball bats and donated tees by John Connolly. We extend gratitude to Bills Pizza, Lola's, Pizza Peddler, Agostino's, and Framingham Brueggers Bagels for their generous contributions. The events were filled with cheering spectators, enthusiastic volunteers, and enjoyable activities for kids. The league has consistently donated and we sincerely appreciate their ongoing support.

We were served Beer, Wine, cheese & crackers on the way.  We spent 4 hours at the casino, some gambled, others shopped, but everyone had a great time!  We raised over $1,500.00 for Embrace A Family!  Thanks to everyone who joined us!
